Role Summary:
The Production Manager is a key member of the Live Event Production & Technologies team, working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role manages live, hybrid, and virtual event projects end to end—from intake through delivery and reconciliation—collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, executives, customer studios, and global technical teams to deliver high-quality, objective-driven experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute production strategies and project plans
- Manage stakeholder feedback, approvals, and alignment with project objectives
- Provide creative and artistic direction aligned with client business goals
- Develop event concepts, content, and messaging for maximum impact
- Create and maintain production and technical documentation (run of show, schedules, specs)
- Write clear creative briefs to guide content and production teams
- Manage budgets, resources, and sustainability considerations
- Operate and manage audio/video production tools and software (including NDI)
- Lead live, hybrid, and virtual event production, platforms, encoding, and CDN solutions
- Collaborate with Digital Workplace teams on product feature evaluation and roadmap gaps
- Effectively lead meetings in high-pressure environments
- Ensure contingency and backup plans for all productions
