仕事内容


お任せするのは、共済の組合員さんや新しく加⼊を考えている⽅からの

「ちょっと聞きたいんだけど…」という声に寄り添う役割。

【まずは受けとるところから】

資料請求をしたい⽅や、新規加⼊を希望する⽅からの電話を受け、

必要な内容を落ち着いて案内していく。

インターネットから申し込みをした⽅には、

告知事項の説明や⼿続きの流れを丁寧に伝えていく。

研修とサポートが整った環境で、ひとつずつ覚えていける安⼼感がある。

雑誌広告などを⾒て資料を請求した⽅へ、

担当としてこちらからお電話する業務も含まれている。

⽉曜〜⼟曜のうち週5⽇

平⽇ 8:45〜17:05 / ⼟曜 8:45〜16:05(各休憩60分)

  • ⼟曜の勤務にご協⼒をお願いします
  • 残業はほぼなし︕⽉1hほど(給与は1分単位で⽀給)
  • お休み希望がある場合、⽉2〜3⽇まで提出OK

<スタッフインタビュー>

初めてのオフィスワークで、未経験からのスタートでした。
