仕事の内容


KOMAKI Japan株式会社では、

ビル・施設・オフィスなどの清掃業務を行っています。

といっても、いきなり難しい作業や重労働をお願いすることはありません。

  • 具体的な作業内容

未経験の方は、出来るところからスタートしていただきます。

・掃除機がけ、モップがけ

・ゴミの回収・分別

・トイレ・給湯室など水回りの清掃

・手すり・ドアノブなどの拭き掃除

・清掃道具の準備・片付け

※現場によって内容は異なりますが、

しっかりとマニュアル化された作業が中心なので不安なく働けます

・清掃道具の使い方から丁寧に教えます

・最初は必ず先輩と一緒に作業

・「見て覚えろ」はありません

・分からないまま一人にしません

※今働いているスタッフも、ほとんどが未経験からのスタートなので

安心してください

・コツコツ作業が得意な方に向いています

・特別な資格・経験は不要

(もちろん資格取得の際は会社が負担します)

・決められた手順通りに進めればOK

・作業後に"キレイになった"達成感があります

・人とずっと話す仕事ではないので、

黙々と集中したい方にも向いています。
