【主な業務内容】

人材紹介サービスの集客を担う リスティング広告担当 として、企画〜改善まで一気通貫でお任せします。

ターゲットはノンデスクワーカー領域。母集団の「質 × 量」をどう作るか、事業成長に直結するポジションです。

・Web広告の戦略設計〜運用(Google、meta、LINE、Yahoo、TikTokなど主要配信面は一通り扱います)

・キーワード選定、広告文作成、入札調整、オーディエンス戦略

・予算配分・最適化、レポート分析、改善施策の企画

・LP/クリエイティブの改善提案、制作ディレクション

・競合リサーチ、集客構造の見直し

・必要に応じて、SNS/アフィリエイト/動画広告など周辺施策の企画・運用

・indeed、求人ボックス、スタンバイなど、人材系のアグリゲーション型広告の運用、フィード作成のオペレーション
