インフラ技術者、プロジェクトマネージャとシステム開発に掛る技術力が高い要員が所属する組織。

【募集背景】
顧客基幹システムにおいて、2028年リリースの自社リプレース案件を2026年から開発開始予定。
この案件についてシステム開発に参画し、顧客ビジネスの価値向上を実現させるための基幹システムの検討、開発を牽引できる人財を確保していきたい。また、同顧客の別システムにおいて、2029年、2030年、2034年に大口基盤リプレース案件を予定されており、順次参画いただくことを期待。
【職務概要】
基幹システムの基盤更改プロジェクトにて担当者としてシステム開発(上流工程〜製造・テスト)を推進いただきます。
【職務詳細】
・システム開発においては担当者として、リーダによるOJTの下、上流工程での設計・製造業務に加え、SE業務として顧客・社内関連部署とコミュニケーションとって各種調整を行っていただきます。

【働く環境】
1.配属組織
社員:数名、パートナー:20名〜30名
PM、環境チーム、運用チーム、移行チームがあり、当該チームの担当者の配属となります。
2.働き方
拠点出社(顧客先常駐/弊社拠点)と在宅勤務と併用(割合は出社4在宅1)
マシンスケジュールにより週末作業を土・日・祝に行い、平日に代休を取得こともあります。

【必須条件】
・システム開発プロジェクトを3年以上の経験をしたことがあり基本的なIT知識がある方
・社内外とのコミュニケーションが円滑に行える方

・OS/ミドルウェア/OSSについて一つでも得意領域(実務経験を基に技術的知見・知識)を有していること
