JPBUのAI&ビッグデータ部門は、データサイエンスとAI/GenAI技術を活用し、課題解決と価値創造を通じて患者さんに貢献することを目指しています。最新のテクノロジーをモニタリングしながら業務への影響を評価し、AI/GenAIの活用やトレーニング、開発や運用、医療リアルワールドデータを用いた分析により、患者さんや医療従事者のインサイトを明らかにします。また、AIに関するガバナンス構築や責任あるAIの推進に関して、社内外の組織と連携し、業務効率の向上、顧客体験の向上、長期的な製品価値の向上に寄与します。さらに、組織の一人一人がAIやビッグデータを活用し、AIリーダーとなれるよう支援することで、従業員体験の向上にも取り組んでいます。
職務内容
ステークホルダーと協力し、業務プロセスの課題を可視化し、AIとビッグデータを活用して変革を推進します。
ビジネスニーズを理解し、AIやビッグデータ、その他関連知識をもとに技術チーム(データサイエンティスト、データエンジニア、AIエンジニア等)と連携して効果的なソリューションの開発や外部ソリューションの導入を行います。
AIの倫理的使用、プライバシー、セキュリティを確保するためのガバナンスフレームワークを、社内の関係部門(法務・E&C、知財、サイバーセキュリティー等)と共に構築します。
社内ステークホルダーに対するトレーニングプログラムの開発や運用を通じて、JPBUのAI dexterityを向上させます。
エンタープライズデジタルツール(myAibou、Copilot M365、Copilot Studio等やか関係するMicrosoft製品)を理解し、組織内で有効な展開施策を講じ、業務効率化に貢献します。
