仕事内容:

長福寿寺は、日本一の金運寺・日本一宝くじが当たる吉ゾウくんのお寺として有名で、年間25万人のお参りの方がいらっしゃいます。

・イベント(祈願祭)企画・運営

・お守り授与(販売)

・祈願受付

・来山者への接客

・掃除

が主たる業務です。

(従事すべき業務の変更なし)

アピールポイント:

「ご縁ある皆さまを明るく元気なお金持ちにする」…これが長福寿寺の理念です。お寺とは思えない「明るさ」「にぎやかさ」があります。

皆さん「お参り」に来られるので、「クレームを言う人」「無理難題を言う人」「高圧的な人」はほとんどいません。

逆に、常連の方が多く、「おみやげ持ってきたよ~」「●●ちゃん、元気にしてる?」と、親しくお話をして下さる[アットホーム]な職場です。

また、日本一の金運寺ですので、あなた自身が《幸せなお金持ち》になれます

残業は一切ありません。

髪型自由です(坊主頭にする必要はありませんご安心ください)

求める人材:

土日祝日・正月・GW出勤可能な方。

明るく元気な方、人を笑顔にするのが得意な方、お待ちしています

長福寿寺でしかない、オリジナルの祈願祭を一緒に企画・運営してくださる方を大募集します

募集条件:35歳以下(例外事由3号イ:長期キャリア形成を図るため)

勤務時間・曜日:

・週5日(土日祝日を含む方優遇・要相談)

・1日8時間勤務(8:00~17:00)

・休憩時間60分(勤務時間によって変動)

・残業なし

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(月~金の中で要相談)

勤務地:

就業場所の変更なし

アクセス:

マイカー勤務必須(駐車場有・AT限定可)

給与:

・通勤手当 4,100円(月5日以上勤務の場合)

・昇給実績有

・賞与有(昨年実績3回)
