TD SYNNEX株式会社唯一のハイタッチ営業部門の一員として、エンドユ-ザ-の課題解決に繋がる提案を実施して頂くポジションです。

今回の募集ポジションは全国対応型の外勤セ-ルスとなります。

新規法人顧客のPipeline創出や既存ユ-ザ-のフォロ-を通し、フォ-カス商材の販売を行って頂きます。

Responsibilities

業務比率

法人向けハイタッチ営業:90%

協業パ-トナ-(リセラ-)支援:5%

ベンダ-ハイタッチ案件対応:5%

主な業務内容

主に新規顧客開拓を中心とした法人向けハイタッチ営業を担当
Pipelineマネジメントを通じた業績創出および達成責任
活動計画の立案、進捗管理、活動報告の実施
半期OPL/GM 25Mを目標とした営業活動の推進

デマンドジェネレ-ション/マ-ケティング協業

デマンドジェネレ-ション活動において、マ-ケティング部門と連携
理想の顧客プロファイル(ICP)の策定、タ-ゲット戦略および活動計画の立案
策定した計画に基づき、マ-ケティング施策のイニシアチブを持ち提案
作成、運営をマ-ケティング部門へ連携
委託し、顧客獲得および案件創出につなげる
既存リソ-スでは対応が難しい新規顧客開拓領域において、主体的に活動を推進

ベンダ-パ-トナ-との協業
ベンダ-各社と協業し、共同マ-ケティング施策やイベントの企画
推進
企画したイベントや施策に対するベンダ-ファンドの獲得
活用
ベンダ-のハイタッチ営業担当から連携される案件の推進およびクロ-ジング

営業活動全般

エンドユ-ザ-または販売代理店へのアプロ-チを通じ、顧客課題
ニ-ズのヒアリングおよび案件創出
顧客要件に基づく提案書
見積書の作成
顧客への提案プレゼンテ-ションおよび条件交渉の実施
各種契約書の締結
顧客との良好な関係を維持し、継続的かつ中長期的なビジネス関係を構築

対象業界

デ-タセンタ-/MSP、医療/ヘルスケア、エネルギ-、製造業、流通、金融

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

サ-バ-、ストレ-ジ、ネットワ-ク、セキュリティ等のソリュ-ションのハイタッチ営業経験5年以上程度
戦略的にアカウントプランを作成し、PDCAを回した経験
