Responsibilities

• 職務内容

外資系IT専門商社において、セ-ルスマ-ケティングの管理職業務をお任せします。

従来のイメ-ジのマ-ケティングではなく、より営業組織に近い組織構築の為、現在営業職の方が活躍できるポジションです。

主に日本のマ-ケティング戦略実行を担い、マ-ケティング活動により得たリ-ドを最大限活用し、営業との密接な機能的パ-トナ-シップを築き、組織内でのマ-ケティング活動推進のサポ-トを得る。

ブランディング活動を通し、持続可能なビジネスニ-ズを獲得に貢献する為に、ブランディング戦略を構築/実行する。

【具体的な職務内容】

管理職として自チ-ムのピ-プルマネジメントを行い、チ-ムメンバ-が持っている能力を発揮できるよう、環境整備

• オペレ-ションフロ-を構築する。
• 目標とするビジネス目標とROIを達成するために、キャンペ-ンの継続的なPDCAと改善活動を続ける。
• すべてのマ-ケティング活動において、自身の手を動かしながらチ-ムの実行体制を確保
• 維持する。
• 事業目標達成のため、グロ-バル企業戦略と各国のマ-ケティング活動との整合性を意識する。
• 戦略方針を基に、マ-ケティング活動の実行と、得た結果に対するパフォ-マンスを定量化し分析する。
• 主な社外のステ-クホルダ-である、ベンダ-、パ-トナ-と強固な信頼関係を築き、コラボレ-ションの機会を探る。
• 取り扱い製品や販売チャネルなどを把握し、営業部門のビジネスドライバ-を理解し、協業活動を積極的に計画
• 実行する。
• ビジネス部門とマ-ケティングチ-ムの橋渡しとなり、マ-ケティング活動がビジネス目標に合致していることを確認する。

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• 商社(ディストリビュ-タ-)もしくはパ-トナ-(販売代理店)での5年以上の営業経験
• オペレ-ションフロ-の構築、改善の経験。
• 戦略的なビジネスプランニングの計画、実行経験。
• 自チ-ムの予算管理もしくはマ-ケティング業務管理の経験。
