Job Purpose
テクニカルサポ-ト&SE部のマネ-ジャ-のとして、テクニカルサポ-トエンジニアメンバ-とプリセ-ルスメンバ-で構成されるチ-ムをピ-プルマネ-ジャ-として率いて貰います。
Responsibilities
Broadcom Business部門全体目標の達成にむけエンジニアリングサ-ビスの提供を担当します。
マネ-ジャ-は部門長とプロダクトマネ-ジメントと営業のマネ-ジャ-と緊密に連携して戦略を立てる必要があります。
- ハ-ドウェア、ソフトウェアのテクニカルサポ-トとサ-ビスを含むソリュ-ション事業。
- マネ-ジャ-は、部門の販売するすべての製品のテクニカルサポ-トとプリセ-ルス活動を計画、調整、監督します。
- マネ-ジャ-は実証済みのコミュニケ-ションスキル、問題解決スキル、業界のベストプラクティスに関する知識により、ソリュ-ションイニシアチブとプログラムを通じてチ-ムを導きます。
- マネ-ジャ-は、エンジニアのキャリアパスを考慮しながら指導し、テクニカルサポ-トチ-ム、プリセ-ルスチ-ムを育成し、継続的なコ-チングとメンタリングを提供して、パフォ-マンスを最大化します。
- ビジネスユニットをサポ-トするため、チ-ムメンバ-全体にわたる役割と責任の定義
- リソ-ス計画を準備し、エンジニアリソ-スを割り当てる
- チ-ムのパフォ-マンス全体に対する責任
- SMART 目標と優先順位を使用して、チ-ムの個々のパフォ-マンスを測定
- 経営陣への内部コミュニケ-ションのチャネルとして機能
- テクニカルサポ-トに対する評価メトリクスの達成
- テクニカルサポ-トデ-タを分析し、サポ-トするためにサ-ビス提供能力の強化に焦点を当てたデ-タを解析
- 月/四半期ごとのテクニカルサポ-トにおけるビジネスレビュ-の実施と改善計画の立案
- ソリュ-ションイニシアチブの立案とその説明責任
- ソリュ-ションイニシアチブに関連する承認の取得、追跡、更新、報告
- ステ-クホルダ-との強固な関係を構築し、主要な利害関係者や、社内のサプライヤ-が関与する対象分野の専門家との直接的な関係を構築および管理
- パ-トナ-エコシステムの構築
- デ-タを分析し、ソリュ-ションイニシアチブをサポ-トするためにサ-ビス提供能力の強化に焦点を当てたデ-タを解析
- 主にソリュ-ションとサ-ビスに対する顧客の要件を特定し解析
- ソリュ-ションのビジネスパイプライン、四半期ごとのビジネスレビュ-、予測計画、サ-ビスケイデンスの推進を担当
- 新しいパ-トナ-のオンボ-ディング要件を整理し、ソリュ-ションに関するRFPに対応
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- ベンダ-/SIerでのプリセ-ルス、セ-ルスエンジニアとしての経験 7年以上程度
- 英語によるビジネスコミュニケ-ション
