- 販売するプロダクトマネ-ジャをリ-ドしていくポジションです。 ネットワ-ク並びにセキュリティのベンダ-商材の売り上げ
- 利益を最大化するために、ベンダ-と相互に合意した短期的
- 長期的な収益目標を、ベンダ-からのサポ-トを受け達成します。 また、業界トレンドに合った自社の強みを活かさせるベンダ-の採用をすすめ、領域を広げます。 そのために部門メンバ-の成長を、社内の協力や、ベンダ-との連携を強固にして支援します。
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Directions
このポジションでは、TD SYNNEX株式会社のネットワ-ク並びにセキュリティエリアの戦略を担当し、ベンダ-との交渉窓口となって戦略の実現、課題
- 問題の解決にあたります。
- ベンダ-ごとの戦略を設定して実行します
- 既存並びに新規のすべてのベンダ-の損益管理の責任を持ちます
- 新規ベンダ-をオンボ-ドし、戦略を立てて収益化まで管理します
- ビジネスユニットリ-ダ-の協力を得て、ベンダ-のエグゼクティブと連携してパ-トナ-開拓、拡大をオ-ナシップをもって行います。また、拡販プログラムの開発、実行並びにそれを支えるマ-ケティングプログラム、イベントを開発します( ベンダ-およびビジネス パ-トナ-との共同イニシアチブの作成 )
- 職務遂行においては主要なベンダ-ごとのビジネスプランを作成し、その進捗をQBR(quarterly business review)にて確認し、 ベンダ-およびビジネス パ-トナ-との共同イニシアチブ の実現のためのエンゲ-ジメントを管理し、 合意されたベンダ-の収益目標達成を目指します
- 実現のために 販売プロセス、提案、パイプライン管理、パ-トナ-との関わりに関する知識を維持し、部員を適切に指導します
- 新規パ-トナ-の獲得、パ-トナ-と協力して販売能力を開発するイネ-ブルメントをビジネスデベロップメント部隊、エンジニア部隊と連携して実行します
- 上記イネ-ブルメントには、パ-トナ-とともにエンドユ-ザ-の顧客への直接訪問なども含みます
- チ-ムに対して行動を通じて適切な管理
- 実行例をしめし、TD SYNNEX のビジネスとベンダ-のビジネスを推進するために、部員が自律的にビジネス開発、推進するよう導きます。
- 管理職として管下のメンバ-のマネジメント業務をお任せします。
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- 6年以上のITディストリビュ-タ-又はリセラ-でのアカウントマネ-ジャ-などの営業経験
- 戦略的な計画を上流から下流まで、ご自身で行い一定以上の定量的な成果を出した経験
- 複数年の管理職の経験があれば尚可
