【募集理由】

資産運用部門に欠員が出たため、資産運用を担う人材を募集します。

当社の扱う運用資産への投資を行う、いわゆるフロント部門で中心となって業務を行う人材を求めています。

【配属組織】

資産運用部

部長含めて5名程度の組織となります

【職務詳細】

さまざまな資産への投資実行、モニタリング、内外ステークホルダーへの資産運用に関する情報提供、マーケットのレビューがフロント部門としての主な業務です。また、変額保険に関連する投資についても業務範囲となります。

当該部門におけるマネジメントに加え、プレイングマネージャーとして、外部への運用委託を含む債券投資を中心した実行・分析・管理を担って頂きたいと考えています。

・内部: 経理部門、数理部門、リスク管理部門、商品開発部門、 支配株主の香港オフィス

・外部: 金融機関、監査法人、法律事務所

【魅力】

当社では職種により、オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を併用するハイブリッド勤務を行っております。

・在宅勤務対象職種で上司の承認を得た場合、1ヵ月の営業日数の半数以上の出社義務かつ1週間あたり最低2日の出社義務があります。上司と相談の上、ご自分やご家庭の事情、仕事の進め易さなどに合わせて柔軟に勤務いただけます(子供の保育園の送迎等での1時間程度の離席など)。入社してしばらくは、業務環境などに慣れていただく目的からご出社をお願いする予定です。

【求めるスキル経験】

■必須条件

・組織のマネジメント経験

・資産運用全般に係る知識及び経験(目安として投資業務経験10年以上)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安TOEIC900点相当)

<以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方は優遇>  

・オルタナティブ資産(プライベートエクイティファンド等)への投資経験を有している方

・生命保険会社での投資経験

※別途、変動報酬あり

※スキル・経験に応じて決定

※CGによってエグゼンプト手当・ノンエグゼンプト手当支給が変動
