本ポジションの魅力
Global Head of Developmentがリードするグローバル開発体制Global Development Organization(GDO)のもと、患者さんのお手元に我々の創り出した薬剤をお届けする開発の検討段階から製造販売承認申請、承認取得まで幅広く国内及びグローバル開発に携わり、高品質かつ生産性の高い臨床試験の実施を担います。クリニカルサイエンス部と連携して臨床試験の試験デザインや臨床試験計画立案の一翼も担うことができるグループです。グローバル試験では日本が主体的に企画・提案しながら臨床試験を実施する機会や欧米主導の臨床試験に参画し経験を積み上げることができます。また、開発関連部署と密に連携しており、開発全般の知識、経験を基に、若手メンバーも多いチームを率いて人材育成のスキルも向上させることができます。
業務内容
- 国内臨床試験におけるモニタリングを行う
- 担当PJの臨床試験及び予算の管理に責任を持ち、CRO及びベンダーのマネジメントを行う
- クリニカルサイエンス部と連携した支援(臨床試験計画の立案、治験実施計画書の策定、および臨床試験結果の評価、Key Opinion Leaderマネジメント、導出および導入のテーマ対応の評価、試験開始時から承認申請・適合性調査などの当局対応、LCMの評価、外部発表に関連する活動)を行い、社内外部関係者との関係を構築する
- チームメンバーのリーダーシップを育み、キャリアデザインを意識して、人材を育成することでグループ内機能を最大化し成果を創出する。
- 担当する臨床試験内のリソースを適切に管理し、人材育成を念頭に業務を配分する。
- 部署内のナレッジ共有を加速し、スピードと質を両立した開発を可能とする組織作りと共に適宜グループや部署間の枠を超えた課題解決を検討・実行する。

必要な業務スキル、経験
【必須要件】
・理系の6年制大学卒または大学院修士卒の学歴
・製薬メーカー等でのモニタリング・SDV経験(5年以上)※
※ モニタリングのみでなく臨床開発に関わる多様な経験(KOL対応、Feasibility調査、機構相談等)を有している方が望ましい
・チームメンバーのマネジメント・育成経験がある方
・モニター(CRA)を経験を有し、国内外の臨床試験において、リーダー(サブリーダー)等を経験された方
・国際共同試験における推進・管理及びVendor managementの業務経験がある方
・施設手続き開始から施設終了通知書入手及び適合性調査対応まで経験された方
・臨床開発に関連する国内外の法規、SOP、がん領域または免疫疾患領域などの疾患・治療体系及び科学的知見に関する基本的な知識を持ち、日常的に最新の関係領域の情報を収集している方
【歓迎要件】
・開発戦略や治験実施計画書の立案および策定、国内外の規制当局との治験相談等を経験された方
・小児リンパ性白血病など小児や白血病の開発経験がある方
・アトピー性皮膚炎などの免疫疾患領域の開発経験がある方
・チームメンバーのマネジメント・育成経験がある方
・DX関連スキルを持ち合わせている方
