Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Decision Support: Develop advanced financial analyses to support executive decision-making at the Group level.
- Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives. Prepare and present financial performance reports to the Group Head of FP&A and executive leadership.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders and regional teams to drive performance improvements and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of FP&A experience in a multinational organization, with a focus on strategic analysis and decision support.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in managing change and driving team performance in a global, multicultural environment.
