■Power Platform 使用スキル:C#, JavaScript、PowerShell Power PlatformはMicrosoft 365を拡張するためのローコード/ノーコード開発ツール群で、業務プロセスの効率化に利用されます。 カスタマイズ例 ・業務アプリケーションの開発(Power Apps):顧客情報管理アプリや設備点検アプリなど、デスクトップ・モバイルで利用可能な業務アプリを作成。 例: 契約書を登録し、承認処理を実施する。併せて契約書を一元管理する。 ・プロセス自動化(Power Automate):ワークフローやタスクを自動化する。 例: 新規顧客登録時に、顧客情報をSharePointに記録し、Teamsで通知を送るフローを構築。 ・市民開発支援:COEの立ち上げや教育など、市民開発推進のための支援を実施する。 例:トレーニングやワークショップの実施
■SharePoint 使用スキル:TypeScript、C#、 PowerShell SharePointのカスタマイズは、ポータルサイトや業務プロセスの効率化に利用されます。 カスタマイズ例 ・社内ポータルサイトの構築:部門ごとの情報を整理して、簡単にアクセスできるようにデザイン。 例: 会社のニュース、従業員ハンドブック、プロジェクト進捗を一元管理するポータルを作成。 ・カスタムWebパーツの作成(SPFx: SharePoint Framework):標準機能にはないUI/UXを提供するWebパーツを開発。 例: リアルタイムのデータ表示やインタラクティブなグラフを埋め込む。
