Brief Call

Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Job Description
As a
Dynamics 365 Consultant
at Amaris, you will play a key role in supporting a major
ERP migration project to Microsoft Dynamics 365
. You will collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful implementation, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 within a complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver value-added functionalities that align with operational needs and global best practices.

Your missions

• Support the implementation and migration of the local ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules according to business processes.
• Ensure data migration accuracy, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement technical solutions and enhancements.
• Provide functional and technical support post go-live, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Participate in project planning, documentation, and status reporting.
• Deliver training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams.

Your profile

• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or related modules).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes such as finance, supply chain, or retail operations.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Previous experience in ERP migration or large-scale transformation projects is a strong plus.
