募集職種: 歯科医師

仕事内容: 訪問歯科診療の担当歯科医師として、施設やご自宅にて診療を行っていただきます。

ご希望により、外来診療の兼務もご相談に応じます。

資格: 歯科医師免許をお持ちの方

※研修医終了したばかりの方、大学院在籍者、豊富な経験者、どのような環境の歯科医師でも歓迎いたします。

勤務時間: ・週1日~

・以下の勤務時間からご相談に応じます。

・月曜日から金曜日;9:00~19:00 (休憩時間13:00~14:00)(診療時間9:30~18:30)

・土曜日、祝日;8:30~17:30 (休憩時間13:00~14:00)(診療時間9:00~17:00)

※上記の診療時間は外来となります。訪問の診療時間は以下の通りです。

・月曜日から金曜日;9:30~16:30(帰社後の18:30までには終了)

・土曜日、祝日;9:00~15:00(帰社後の17:30までには終了)

・月の残業時間:残業ほぼなし

休日・休暇: ご希望を伺い、調整いたします

・週1日~

・外来の場合は、「勤務時間・休憩」に記載の時間に準じます。

・訪問の場合は、その日のアポイントにより少々前後する可能性があります。

当院は、吉祥寺駅から徒歩3分の閑静な住宅地にある、一般歯科からインプラント、矯正など幅広い治療を行っているクリニックです。

当院の医院名である「ハート=心」「イン=中」には、「患者さんに心の中から元気になっていただきたい」という想いが込められており、訪問診療においても、私たちと一緒に患者さんに心をこめた診療をしていただける先生を募集しています。

【1】患者さんも自分も納得できる治療を目指す


当院では、患者さん一人一人にしっかりと向き合うことを大切にしています。

そのため、患者さんの話に耳を傾け、よりご納得いただける説明を心がけています。

また、診療方針としては、保険だけにこだわらず、患者さんの口腔内を長期的に安定した状態に保つことを目指しているため、結果として自費率50%以上を実現する幅広い治療を行っています。

【2】治療に必要な機器や設備を完備


外来での診療設備は、歯科用顕微鏡(カールツァイス、ネクストビジョン)2台、口腔内スキャナー(itero2台、使用目的別にレーザー4台など、適切な診療に必要な設備を備えています。

また、訪問診療においても、ポータブルユニットやレントゲン、口腔内スキャナーなど、外来に近い環境を整え、先生にも患者さんにも納得できる診療ができるよう環境面でもサポートしていきます。

【3】患者数の増加に伴い訪問診療を強化。研修制度あり(外部)


ニーズの高まりや依頼が多いことから、2024年10月より、訪問部の拡大を行っています。

ご経験の少ない先生には、外部の研修制度をご利用いただきながら、武蔵野市近郊の居宅、施設の訪問歯科診療を行うことで、現在日本が抱える健康問題をサポートし、貢献できます。

外来勤務との兼用または、将来的に訪問診療専任(非常勤勤務)でも可能です。

先生と共に訪問診療ニーズに取り組んでいきたいです。

【4】働くスタッフも守る徹底した衛生管理


当院では、開業当初より衛生管理にもっとも力を入れています。

院内感染対策の徹底はとても手間のかかる作業ですが、患者様だけでなく、当院で働くスタッフを守るためにも、一切妥協しません。(衛生管理;メーカー、歯科医師会にて研修、講演依頼実績あり)

また衛生管理は、歯科医師としても必要不可欠な知識となります。患者さんは勿論、スタッフやご自身も含めたクリニック全体のマネジメントを行うことは成長につながります。

【5】ライフイベントもしっかりサポート


出産を始めとする様々なライフイベントもしっかりサポートいたします。

産休育休の取得実績が複数ありますので、長く働いていただける環境が整っています。
