【仕事内容】

まずは、社内研修の企画~実行をご担当いただきます。

その後、システム活用を含めたタレントマネジメント領域へ裾野を広げていただきます。

世界シェア製品を有するグローバル企業:工作機械(スイス自動旋盤機)、特機(POS関連市場の小型プリンター)において世界シェア製品を有するグローバル企業です。自動車部品や5G基地局向部品など、小型精密部品のニーズは年々高まっており、当社の工作機械の売り上げも好調です。コロナの影響もありましたが、中国市場の回復などにより売り上げは上がってきており、今後も当社が得意とする小型精密加工、組立技術はますます需要が拡大すると考えています。

【給与】

想定年収:600万円~※通勤手当、残業手当は別途支給

月給:320,000円~

賞与実績:年2回/6月、12月(8.08ヶ月分※過去5年平均)

昇給実績:年1回

※賞与過去実績:24年実績6.71ヶ月、23年実績11.33ヶ月、22年実績10.06ヶ月、21年実績6.57ヶ月、20年実績5.72ヶ月、19年実績7.79ヶ月、18年実績9.69ヶ月)

※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

※総合職採用のため、将来的には会社の定めるすべての場所へ変更となる可能性がございます。

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム10:15~15:00)標準的な勤務時間(8:40~17:25/実働8h)※月平均残業:月14.5時間(2024年度全社平均)
