オーチスで働きませんか?オーチスには、コラボレーション・イノベーション・エンパワーメントを重視し、「人」と「会社」の成長に向けて取り組む環境があります。 当社は現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーター(当社製)の営業を技術的にサポートする業務に携わって頂く「セールスエンジニア」のポジションを募集中です。セールスエンジニアは、営業職が受注した色々な建物にエレベーターをお納めするために仕様の決定やレイアウトの決定、社内への製造指示等をする仕事です。時には設計事務所様からの依頼で計画している建物を設計する際の技術提案等も行います。

【具体的な業務内容の一例】

・エレベーター、エスカレーター改修工事の為の現場調査。

・現場調査結果に基づき工場への材料発注業務。

・改修工事までの現場フォロー

公共交通機関やオフィスビル、商業施設、マンション、病院、大学など多くの施設に納入。幅広い業界の顧客と接点を持ちながらも、エンドユーザーと距離が近いことも当社の営業の魅力です

時間:08時45分〜17時30分

時間外労働:あり(月平均25時間)

36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)

賃金:250,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)

*セールスマン手当、インセンティブ手当あり

昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.30%(今年度実績)

賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.29ヶ月分(前年度実績)

・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。

・有給休暇は入社時に付与します:前職の付与日数を考慮します

・2024年度全社平均有給取得日数:14日間
