What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building
production-grade robotics software
used by live customer fleets - Developing autonomy, navigation, and fleet-level behaviors for AMRs
- Working across robot-side software, cloud services, and system integration
- Supporting deployments from
prototype → pilot → scaled production - Collaborating closely with hardware, product, and customer-facing teams
- Helping define engineering standards and best practices as the organization scales globally
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience post-graduation (industry, startup, or applied research)
- Strong background in robotics, autonomy, or large-scale software systems
- Hands-on engineering mindset — you like building things that run in the real world
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
- Experience with deployed systems (warehouses, factories, logistics, or similar) is a strong plus
- Willingness to work on-site with a highly collaborative robotics team
