Position Overview:
Improve the category and metadata structure of products and support the improvement of UI/UX from the data structure aspect.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define requirements for the business
- Design metadata (e.g., product attributes) for product groups based on requirements
- KPI formulation and monitoring of KPI for the created structural data
- Review of improvement plans for existing systems in the use of structural data
- Responding to inquiries from inside and outside the company
- proofreading/reviewing responses
Required Skills:
- Interest in and knowledge of e-commerce sites
- Able to work spontaneously and proactively
- Able to solve problems while thinking logically
- Able to communicate with others from their point of view
- Business-level Japanese (N2 or above)
Desired Skills:
- Experience in marketing (competitive research, market research, etc.)
- Experience in corroboration through public documents is a plus
- Interest in and knowledge of metadata design (e.g., product attributes)
- Experience in customer support
- Experience in project/operations management
