あなたの技術的な知見と経験を活かし、

「モノ売り」ではない課題解決型の

技術コンサルティング営業として活躍しませんか?

当社は、地球環境保全と脱炭素社会の

実現に貢献する環境エンジニアリング企業です。

排ガス処理設備や再生エネルギー設備

(メタネーション、バイオガス精製)

といったカスタマイズ製品を提供し、

顧客のニーズに深く応えています。

テレアポや飛び込み営業は一切なく、

顧客からの紹介、リピート、

またはホームページ経由の問い合わせから

プロジェクトがスタートします。

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • クライアント訪問(ヒアリング・現地調査)

顧客が抱える環境問題や生産課題を掘り下げ、

真のニーズを把握します。

  • 提案・見積書作成・受注業務

技術陣、国内外の提携企業、協力会社と協議し、

顧客の要求に対応できる最適なソリューション

(排ガス処理、リサイクル設備、メタネーション設備など)

を検討します。

提案書・見積書を作成し、提出します。

  • 協力会社への製造発注業務

受注後、各種メーカーや協力会社へ

装置・設備の発注を行います。

  • 製造の進捗管理(工程管理)

納期から逆算し、協力会社と連携して

製作の工程管理を実施します。

並行して、最終的に提出するドキュメント類

(完成図書など)を作成します。

  • 社内検査・客先立会検査

製作完了後、顧客の要求に適合しているかを

チェックします。

  • 現地搬入・組立時のSV(スーパーバイザー)業務

装置の納入時や現地での組立時に立ち会い、

円滑な工事を監督します。

  • 試運転・アフターフォロー

納入後の装置・設備の試運転調整を行い、

完成図書を提出してプロジェクト完了です。

その後のフォローアップまで責任を持って行い、

次のプロジェクト発掘に繋げます。

<環境エンジニアリング事業部>

排ガス処理設備、ミストセパレーション、白煙除去装置、

リサイクル設備、濃縮/希釈装置、ガス精製装置など、

多岐にわたる環境保全設備を扱います。

・アンモニア回収設備

半導体工場などの排水からアンモニアを回収し、

再利用する設備。

CO2を排出しない次世代エネルギーとして

注目されるアンモニアの利活用に貢献しています。

・触媒酸化VOC除去設備

火力発電などから排出される排ガス中の

VOCガスや不要物質を除去し、

クリーンなCO2ガスとして炭酸飲料や

ドライアイスなどに再利用されています。

<再生エネルギー事業部>

メタネーション設備、バイオガス精製装置、

関連機器の輸入販売、エンジニアリング業務、

コンサルティングなど。

・バイオガス精製装置

メタン発酵バイオガスを99%濃度のメタンガスに精製し、

エネルギーとして利活用するための装置です。

・メタネーション技術

バイオガスや太陽光で作られる電気とCO2から

メタンガスを生成する実証プラントが

2024年10月から大手企業と共同で稼働するなど、

最先端の技術開発にも取り組んでいます。

【1日の流れ(標準的な例)】

8:30~出勤

午前中はメールチェック、顧客やベンダーとの

確認事項への対応、電話対応、社内打合せ。

出張明けの場合は残務処理を行います。

13:00~

午後WEB打合せやプロジェクト会議、

見積作成、出張準備、ベンダーとの打合せなど。

17:30 退社

残業はほとんどなく、月平均5時間ほどです。

※フレックス時差通勤制度あり

(コアタイム9:30~16:00)

社内作業60%、客先訪問40%のイメージです。

(担当プロジェクトによって変動)。

出張頻度は月約2回程度(担当によって変動)。

WEB打合せを活用しています。

営業スタイルは、顧客が必要としているものを聞き出し、

技術的な知見に基づき提案するコンサルティング型です。

案件期間は短期(1〜3ヶ月)から中長期(半年〜1年以上)まで様々です

求めている人材


【必須】

  • 何らかの技術部門での実務経験をお持ちの方

設計、生産管理、製造、エンジニアリングなど/目安3年以上。

特にプラント機器メーカーでの設計・生産管理経験があれば、

技術的な知見と折衝力を最優先に評価します。

  • 人と話すことが好きな方

【歓迎】

  • 顧客と会話をする業務の経験がある方
  • 大学で化学、機械、電気、環境工学などを専攻していた方
  • 英語に抵抗がない方
