(1) 事業会社の企画部門での業務経験をお持ちの方。具体的には、市場・他社動向調査、
サービスコンセプト検討、社内関連部門調整、外部パートナー選定等の業務
(2) 事業会社にてサービス企画・開発のご経験をお持ちの方。具体的には、ユーザーインタビュー、
アイディエーションワークショップ、ビジネスモデル検討、オペレーション設計等の業務
(3) デザイン部門、Web系企業などで、サービスデザインやUXデザイン、プロトタイピングに関する業務
<マーケティング>
(1) 事業会社のマーケティング部門での業務経験をお持ちの方。具体的には、マーケティングリサーチ、
カスタマーコミュニケーション設計、デジタルマーケティング戦略策定・運用、
広告代理店とのコミュニケーション等の経験をお持ちの方

(1) コンサルティングファームでの業務経験をお持ちの方

新規事業・サービスデザインコンサルタント
【仕事内容】
<業務概要>
・日立コンサルティングでは、デジタルテクノロジーとデザインシンキングを組み合わせた新たなコンサル手法を用いて、
顧客のビジネス構想・サービスデザインを支援し、新規ビジネスの創出(01)や、既存ビジネスのリデザインと
スケール(110)に挑戦します。
・顧客企業のその先にある生活者の視点を起点とし、ユーザーの体験価値を向上させるためのブランド・パーパス設計~
ビジネスモデルの再構築~実行のための組織・業務変革~エンドユーザーとの接点構築・マーケティングに至るまで
一貫して支援しています。
<コンサルティング事例>
(1) MaaSの構想策定、立ち上げ支援
鉄道・バス・タクシー・シェアサイクル・保険事業者等と連携し、複数の交通機関の検索・予約・決済をシームレスにつなぐ
ワンストップサービス(MaaSスマートフォンアプリケーション)の構想策定、サービス立ち上げ、エコシステム構築、
プロモーションを支援。
(2) 鉄道グループの顧客接点改革、デジタルマーケティング支援
私鉄沿線の地域活性化に向けた、顧客ジャーニー起点での地域連携・鉄道グループサービスの在り方を
ワークショップ形式でアイディエーション。
実現に向けた顧客接点の在り方、生活者データを活用したデジタルマーケティング施策の検討を支援。
(3) EV化に向けた2030年の事業構想策定~サービス実行支援
オートリース業界における未来の事業の方向性をバックキャスティングで検討。ビジネスモデル・エコシステム構想に落とし込み、
実現に向けたサービスの具体化と、ローンチに向けたアライアンス交渉、サービスの磨き上げを支援。
(4) 日立グループの新商品開発、事業構想支援
マクロな社会動向や調査結果をもとに、日立グループにおける新事業開発、新製品のコンセプトデザイン、
研究所が持つ先端技術・研究テーマのビジネス化に向けた事業構想検討を支援。
(5) デジタルマーケティング戦略検討支援
マーケティングの高度化を検討している企業向けに、デジタル広告、ウェビナー、マーケティングオートメーション等
社会トレンドを意識したマーケティング手法を提案し、販促のデジタルシフト、OMOの戦略立案等のデジタルマーケティング
戦略検討を支援。
