【業務内容】

投資家や企業などが保有する不動産において、物件の運営管理業務(プロパティマネジメント業務)のサポートをお任せします。収入向上策の策定や運営コストを最小化させて収益を増やすことにより、不動産の価値を最大化させる役割を担います。

【募集背景】
急速な事業拡大のため、当社が管理するオフィスビルやホテル等のプロパティマネージャー候補を募集しています。資産価値の向上のためのオーナー(主にファンドやJ-REIT等の投資家案件が多いです)への提案・運営・管理のサポート業務をお任せします。

<ミッション>

オフィスビル、ホテル等、管理物件の資産価値向上を目指し、サポート業務を実行すること。

(プロパティマネージャー、シニアマネージャーへのキャリアパスあり。)

【具体的な業務内容】

・オフィスビルやホテルを中心とする施設の運営管理

・クライアント(ビルオーナー)との関係構築

・入居テナントとの賃料交渉、請求、トラブル時の対応等のテナント対応業務

・空室区画にテナントを誘致するリーシング業務

・修繕工事の計画立案、発注手続き等の建物維持管理業務

・管理物件の収支を計算する会計レポートを含む、月次のレポーティング業務、予算作成業務
