Patina Osaka, a lifestyle brand under the Capella Hotel Group, a multi-award-winning hospitality group, made its debut in Japan in the spring of 2025. The hotel is strategically located on Uemachi Plateau, the birthplace of Osaka, in close proximity to two significant historical landmarks: Osaka Castle and Naniwa Palace Site. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager oversees recruitment operations and strategies to attract top talent. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and engage skilled candidates who align with the company's goals, values, and culture. The general responsibilities are the following:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Prepare and extend job offers; negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Build strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent pipelines
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and professional associations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline hiring processes and enhance candidate experience
- Work with the Director of Human Resources on competitive recruitment strategies.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

- 応募者のスクリーニング、面接、評価を行い、職務要件と企業文化への適合性を確認します。
- 応募者追跡システム(ATS)に正確かつ最新の記録を維持します。内定書の作成・発行、選考通過候補者との条件交渉を行います。
- 大学、人材紹介会社、その他の人材パイプラインとの強固な関係を構築します。
- 就職説明会、キャリアイベント、専門団体において会社を代表して活動します。
- 採用プロセスの効率化と候補者体験の向上を図る機会を特定します。
- 人事部長と競争力のある採用戦略について話し合う
- ステークホルダーとの強固な関係を維持する
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education in hospitality or business management
- At least 3 years of work experience in human resources (recruitment)
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- Human Resources experience in the luxury hotel industry
- Additionally, we are seeking a team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
