Whoare we?

Ducasse Paris,founded by Alain Ducasse, is excited to unveil MUNI ALAIN DUCASSE, an elegantdining destination offering contemporary French cuisine with a view of theJapanese garden. The culinary experience is curated by Chef AlessandroGuardiani, who brings a decade of expertise from Alain Ducasse's prestigiousrestaurants in Monaco, London, and Paris. The overall dining experience ismanaged by Antoine Juhue, our Food & Beverage Director with a backgroundfrom Hotel Plaza Athénée and ten years with Alain Ducasse.

Ducasse Parisoversees more than thirty restaurants across ten countries, includingMichelin-starred establishments, and manages a network of 500 hotels andrestaurants in Europe under the Les Collectionneurs brand. Additionally, theorganization operates an international culinary education division inpartnership with Sommet Education and has developed artisanal bean-to-barchocolate and bean-to-cup coffee shops over the past thirty years.

Positionoverview: Byjoining us as a Chef de Rang at the Michelin-starred MUNI Alain Ducasserestaurant, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in theworld of Alain Ducasse. You will gain invaluable experience not only from yourcolleagues but also from one of the most renowned chefs in the world, strivingto achieve the highest standards in professionalism and service.

Whatwill you do?

Youwill love your job and take pride in serving our guests:

Youwill be responsible for ensuring the preparation of mise en place and servingalongside Mr. Antoine Juhue, the Director of our gastronomic restaurant.

Additionally,you will:

· Shareyour passion for hospitality with our guests, always keeping in mind that yourmain goal is to help them create unforgettable experiences

· Assistthe Maître d'hôtel in managing service

· Understandand follow the service process and every step of it

· Ensurea perfect setting of the dining room

· Participatein improving the service by suggesting new ideas

· Anexcellent knowledge of our food and beverage products, in ordering tocommunicate offerings to our guests

· Youwill be responsible for preparing orders and managing allergies to ensureoptimal service

· Ensureeffective communication between the service team and the kitchen team

· Guideand mentor trainees and apprentices, providing them with necessary information

· Demonstrateresponsiveness, initiative, and dynamism
