以下のような業務を担当頂きます。具体的な業務内容はご経験・志向なども踏まえ、決定致します。
【HR戦略部人事労政G】
・グループ横断のHR領域のエキスパートとしての以下機能;
〇報酬・評価といったHR施策の企画・立案・運用
〇M&A/リソースシフトを中心とした人材ポートフォリオマネジメント
〇上記に関連した労働組合との交渉・折衝

HR戦略部では、経営戦略に即した各種HR制度の企画・立案から運用まで携わることができます。
働き方
HR戦略部は5つのグループからなる総勢約90名の組織です。キャリア採用で入社頂いた方や、他部門から社内公募制度を利用して異動してきた方など多様性のあるメンバーで構成されています。働き方については、出社をベースとしつつ、在宅勤務やコアタイムのないフレックス勤務などの制度を活用し、効率的で実効性ある働き方を実践しています。
