Platform Engineer
ポジション概要
- IT運用チームの一員として、本番環境の運用業務全般に加え、運用プロセスの策定・改善提案・自動化推進を担います。
- また、他部門・他チームとの連携やアウトソーシングパートナーの管理支援も行います。

- 本番運用に関わる日常業務全般:
- 技術的および運用面でのサポート提供
- 関係チームへのエスカレーション、調整
- グローバルチームとの協業
- アウトソースメンバのサポート
- 手順書等ドキュメント類の作成や維持管理、レビュー
- グローバル標準システムを考慮した監視設定やチューニング
- IT全体の変更作業のアセスメントやクローズ管理
- インシデントおよびプロブレムの管理、報告
- 各種リクエスト対応、関連ドキュメントやプロセス管理
- 各種監査のレギュレーションの理解に基づくアカウント運用管理

- 時間外のオンコール対応
- ITシステムメンテナンス対応(時間外勤務あり)

応募資格
必要な学歴:
- 高等学校卒業以上
- 業務遂行に必要な基礎的な計算力、読解力、文章作成能力を有すること。
必要な経験:
- 関連業務での1年以上の経験
- 日本語でのITシステム運用経験
- Windows OS, Linux OS, Active Directory, Exchange, Jobシステム, 監視システムなど、社内IT運用において一般的なツールやシステムの運用経験
- PowerShellなどによる運用業務の簡素化や自動化の推進経験
- 各種監査のレギュレーションや一般的なITセキュリティに基づく運用経験
あれば望ましい経験:
- 英語でのIT業務経験、ITILの理解、Icinga2/ELK/JP1 AJS/ServiceNow/CyberArk/Azure利用経験
