技術面でチームを主導します。自ら設計・実装を行い、他のメンバーのコードレビューをしつつ、ソフトウェアの品質向上を目指します。成果物は自分が考えて終わりではなく、他のメンバーとクロスレビューを行いながら完成度を高めていきます。

  • アプリケーションアーキテクチャの設計および実装

アーキテクチャを説明するためのモデルや関連資料の作成

(策定に至る経緯や理由、メリット/デメリットによる比較等)

  • コードレビュー
  • 新技術・サービスの検証・比較・導入
  • ソースコードの現状分析と改善案の提示およびリファクタリングの実施
  • チームの開発生産性を向上させるためのテスト自動化といった効率化の提案および導入

【求める人材】

[必須要件]※業界不問/製品不問

■Javaを使った業務アプリの開発経験

■CI、構成管理、ITS を使った業務経験

■リファクタリングの経験

・6割:金融系(オリックスグループ各社)

・その他4割:ITサービス系、人材サービス系、大手SI、等

【給与】

600万円~700万円

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の年収、ご経験・スキルを考慮し当社規程に基づき決定致します。 ※新卒月給例(みなし残業代込み)):学部卒275000円、修士卒 295000円、博士卒330000円
