<業務詳細>

下記を通じて、組織全体のエンジニアリングのベースを担っていただきます。

・アプリのバックエンドAPI、画面を伴うWeb開発など、サーバーサイド言語を用いた開発

・内製化チームのテックリードとして技術選定/レビュー/基本設計/ガイドライン策定

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

<経験>

・Web系開発言語(Java、Cシャープ、PHP等)を用いた開発実務経験 (5年以上)

・事業会社におけるエンジニアリング実務経験 (3年以上)

・5名以上の開発チームにおけるリーダーまたはテックリード経験

・アーキテクチャ設計/技術選定の経験

・データベース設計、データ量のサイジングの経験

・API、バッチ処理の設計、実装の経験

■求めるマインド【必須】

・事業会社において一定のシステム/サブシステムのリーダーとして従事している方

・技術方針の策定やコードレビューなどを実施している方

・より自身の責任範囲や社会へのサービスを通じた影響を拡大したいと考え転職活動中の方

【給与】

680万円~1200万円
