【仕事内容】

顧客および当社ビジネス課題の解決に向け、テックリード候補として案件の技術面を牽引いただきます。

ご経験に応じて、プロジェクトの提案活動から参画をいただく予定です。

・プロジェクトの提案、要件定義、設計、開発、運用保守まで

・技術面のリードから入り、ゆくゆくはPJ全体のリーダーへ役割を広げていただくイメージ

・将来的にはライン/PMいずれかの方向性を定め、更に役割を拡大していただくことを期待しています。

・社内向け新技術・ナレッジの共有、メンバー育成

成長企業の為、新設ポジションが多くありスキルアップとキャリアアップが連動しやすい環境です。

現在のスキルセットに縛られることなく、WEBアプリケーション開発における技術力と提案力のマインドを複合的に生かしていく事が可能です。

<経験>

・開発言語:Java

・顧客(エンドユーザーまたは上位ベンダー)とのコミュニケーション、仕様策定、各種折衝/調整などの経験

・チームリード(肩書きは不問)の経験

※既存のポジションに入るだけではなく、テックリードとして社内に新たなポジションを一緒に作っていただける方
