  • 仕事内容

元請けとして、建築現場の施工管理業務。

  • 一般建築(戸建住宅・マンション・工場・クリニック等)
  • 公共建築(学校・公共施設 など)

【主な業務内容】

・工程管理

・安全、品質管理

・協力業者との打ち合わせ

・現場の進行確認

※ご経験・得意分野に応じて業務を調整します

  • 現場はほとんどが片道10~40分程度
  • 移動で一日が終わってしまうような遠方案件は基本なし。

地元中心のため、現場に集中しやすく、

肉体的な負担も抑えながら働くことができます。

  • 遅くとも19時にはほぼ全員退社
  • 「今日もまた終電…」という働き方から卒業。

無理な工程を組まない方針のため、残業は抑えめ。

現場経験を活かしながら、長く続けられる環境です。

・建築施工管理の実務経験5年以上の方

・要普通自動車免許

・(建築施工管理の実務経験5年未満または

資格がない方でやる気がある方ご相談に応じます。)

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

8:00~17:30(実働7.5h)

*週3~4日など柔軟な働き方も相談可。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万2000円 〜 37万2000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万3000円 〜 13万3000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり24時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
