【業務内容】
■事業本部全体のO&D(Origination&Distribution)施策を、戦略企画部署の立場より推進(案件組成から投資家への販売を通じた資産回転と、非金利収益獲得機会の向上を目的とした、組織の行動変容を促す組織運営・設計等)
■非日系顧客層を対象として、グローバルに展開するDCM/シンジケートローンならびに証券化業務推進を本部機能として運営・支援・管理(具体的には現行業務/財務分析、ビジネス成長を念頭においた将来図のデザイン検討、行内関係者へのプレゼンテーション等)

■金融機関勤務経験でプロダクトやプロジェクト推進経験ある方(3年以上)
