その後、リーダーとしての役割を少しずつ

正式にリーダーへ昇格する際には

試験対策研修でしっかりサポートするので

給与


【給与】

年俸 5,119,200円~6,654,600円

年俸制:年俸を12分割した金額を月々支給

月給換算:426,600円~554,550円

<月給内訳>

基本給:325,000円~422,500円

固定残業代:40時間/101,600円~132,050円

※超過分は別途支給

※給与はご経験・スキルを考慮し、選考を通じて決定します

  • インセンティブ有:社内規程に則りチーム、個人にそれぞれ支給
