・下処理や仕込み、野菜などのカット

・盛り付けや調理補助

・簡単なメニューの調理 など

上記業務をメインに、能力やスキルに応じて調理の幅を広げていただきます

  • まずはOJTで丁寧に育成します

まずはvigoというお店やサービスについてをしっかり知っていただきます。

そこからはお任せしていく工程ごとに実務を習得し、日々の営業で実行することを繰り返し、徐々にお任せする仕事の幅を広げていきます。

アンティークの家具が並べられた店内は木のぬくもりあふれる落ち着いた空間。

ゆったりとした時間の流れの中で絶品の料理とお酒を味わえます。

焼鳥や和食スタイルの業態がメインの株式会社JO。

田村シェフは株式会社JOに入社後、コース料理のみを提供する焼き鳥業態の「とり口」で

4年ほど腕を振るった実力派の料理人です。

イタリアでの修行経験もあり、将来的には本来の畑でもあるイタリアンの店を自身でやりたいという強い思いがありました。

スタッフからの信頼も厚く、田村のファンであるお客様も多くいる実績を買われ、

弊社としては初めてブランディングからほぼ全てを任される形でvigoをオープン。

彼の「自己実現」の意味を持った店舗になります。

常に物腰が柔らかく独特のユーモアを持ち、肩肘はらない田村シェフの人柄は
