【仕事内容】

当社製品開発部門において、開発エンジニアの中心的な役割を担っていただきます。

本ポジションでは、ITアーキテクトと協力して開発方針の策定、開発組織の技術力向上・コードの品質向上など、部門を技術的にリードしていただきます。

<想定している業務>

・サービス開発や設計

・サービス開発方針の策定および推進

・開発チームの技術的なコーチングやメンタリング

・イベントやコミュニティへの登壇など、外部への積極的な発信
