【調理なし×分担制】家事経験を活かして、自分のペースで働ける業務委託のお仕事です。「子育てが一段落したから、少しずつ社会復帰したい」「でも雇用されるのではなく、自分のペースで働きたい」——そんな方にぴったりの働き方です。当社では専属のシェフが食事を担当するため、調理業務は一切ありません。複数名のスタッフで分担して業務を行うため、一人で全てを抱える心配もありません。週2日から始められるので、他のお仕事やプライベートとの両立もしやすい環境です。

【具体的な業務内容】

清掃、整理整頓(リビング、寝室、水回りなど)

生活用品の買い出し

備品のチェックおよび在庫の補充

その他、日常的な家事全般

【働く環境について】

対応するのはオーナーご家族のみです(お子様はいらっしゃいません)

一般家庭に近い作業が中心で、特別な技術は必要ありません

複数名で分担するため、体力的な負担が軽減されています

【報酬例】

週2日・1日4時間の場合:月収約64,000円(時給2,000円×4時間×8日)

週3日・1日6時間の場合:月収約144,000円(時給2,000円×6時間×12日)

週4日・1日8時間の場合:月収約256,000円(時給2,000円×8時間×16日)

※経験・スキルにより時給3,000円も目指せます。

【残業について】

月平均5時間程度です。定時退社が基本で、お子様のお迎えにも間に合います。

※経験・スキルにより時給3,000円も目指せます。その場合、週4日・1日8時間で月収約384,000円となります。
