火鍋×バー×カラオケ複合店での店舗運営責任者(裁量あり)を募集します。
店舗運営マネージャー(本部連携)として1店舗の業務を管理いただきます。
(店舗常駐なし)

銀座の複合エンタメ飲食店舗(火鍋・バー・カラオケ)の運営体制強化のため、
社内本部(オーナー)と現場店長の間に立ち、数字管理・本部指示・システム運用管理ができる責任者を募集します。
業務内容
- 店長との定例ミーティング、指示出し・進捗管理
- 月次売上・原価・人件費の分析・報告(PL把握・改善策提示)
- POS、予約システム、HP管理等の業者窓口対応
- 契約・総務・社内外連絡業務(各種手配・調整)
- 本部の意向・戦略を現場に落とし込む運用設計
求める経験
- 飲食業界での本部/SV/エリアマネージャー経験者優遇
- 数字管理(売上・原価・人件費)の実務経験
- 店舗・スタッフ管理における指示出し・課題解決能力
- 業者コントロール(HP・システム・契約先)経験
歓迎スキル
- 飲食以外の複合業態(バー・ナイト/エンタメ)知識
- 店舗運営の指示設計・仕組み構築経験
