介護福祉用品のレンタル・販売受付、定期配達、注文確認、住宅リフォーム相談まで、お客様へ安心と笑顔を届けるお仕事です。

【1日のスケジュール】

08:30:出社&メールチェックで1日のスタート

09:00:ルート確認&既存契約先の訪問(交通の中でお客様との信頼関係を築きます)

12:00:ランチタイムでリフレッシュ

13:00:午後の配達およびリフォーム相談開始

16:00:チームミーティング&業務報告

17:30:定時退社でプライベートも大切に

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥225,000 〜 ¥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,644〜¥52,231(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【給与】

月給225,000円~280,000円

(上記の金額はインセンティブ含む(成約計上額の0~14%))

固定残業代20時間分(24,575円~28,727円)を含む。

20時間(固定残業手当分)を超える時間外労働がある場合は別途支給。

インセンティブの平均30,000円~50,000円

※賞与年2回(7月・12月)
