■案件獲得(営業)新規クライアントの開拓
■クライアントへのニーズのヒアリング
■コンテンツの企画立案
■社内制作チームとの打ち合わせ
■見積作成、売上管理、予算管理、進行管理など
◆◆訪問から受注まで
まずは、クライアント先に訪問し、ニーズや課題を丁寧にヒアリング。
アイディアが出せずに困っているのか、新技術を使いたいが見せ方がわからないのか、などなど・・・
企画提案を繰り返しながら、案件を発生させていくようなイメージです。
◆◆受注から納品まで
実際に案件を受注したら、案件ごとに、
ディレクター、プロダクションマネージャー、デザイナーでチームを組み、コンテンツを制作していきます。
受注する案件によって、チームの構成も変化するので、いろいろなクリエイターと仕事ができますし、
コンテンツがどのように完成していくのかをしっかり学べます
チームメンバーと一緒に、コンテンツを創り上げる喜びを実感してください。
◆◆納品した後は
納品したあとも、定期的にクライアントを訪問しながら、企画提案などを行っていきます。
年に1回、「グミケ」と称した内覧会も実施しているので、
内覧会のコンテンツを引き合いに、クライアント先に訪問することも可能です。

入社後はお持ちのスキルや経験が活かせる業務からスタート。
現場では先輩社員がしっかりフォローしますので、経験のない新しい分野にも積極的にチャレンジしてください
もちろん、現段階ですでにたくさんのご経験やスキルをお持ちであれば、大型案件にも携わっていただきます。

みなし残業手当は月40時間分、7万4,080円相当含む。(※超過分は別途支給)
額面給与となります。会社規定により優遇します。
■賞与:年2回(7月・12月)

■試用期間:3ヶ月
