仕事内容:
生産工程でトラブルが起きないように改善案を提案したり、トラブルが起きた際の対応を行う業務です。

- 生産工程の稼働率や歩留まりが悪い所に対して、改善(設備が良くなるよう)していく提案を実施
- 設備や装置を触ったり、マニュアルを調べたり、考えながら業務を行って頂きます
- 問題点や改善点はパソコンを使ってまとめ、チームに共有します
今はまだなんとなく理解しているだけでOK
未経験からスタートが9割以上、はじめは
電気って何?
機械ってどんな仕組みなの?
装置ってどんな風になっているの?
というところから習熟度に合わせて研修実施。
