仕事内容

  • 関東エリアの共楽堂店舗にて下記の業務をお任せします。

まずは店舗での業務をご理解いただいて一定の経験を積まれたのちに、「数店舗をまとめるマネージャー」として店舗運営に広く携わって下さる方を募集します。

※「店舗」での主な業務

・菓子の接客販売

・店舗運営全般(商品や備品の発注と管理・スタッフの指導・シフト作成・ディスプレイなど店頭づくり)

・百貨店や商業施設側担当者との打ち合わせ、企画提案

※「マネージャー」としての主な業務

担当店舗を巡回し、目標達成に向けて店長やスタッフを総合的に支援する

アルバイト・パート採用活動

各種商業施設への営業活動・商談

即戦力としご入社頂き、早期にマネージャーとして店舗の取りまとめ役、指導役として活躍いただくポジションです。

業種、規模、経験年数は問いませんが、店長やエリアマネージャーなど類するご経験のある方歓迎します

<旬果瞬菓 共楽堂について>

昭和8年創業、広島県三原市の「共楽堂」は季節の素材を生かした創作菓子を追求している菓子店です。旬の果物や穀類、野菜などを使用し、その一瞬輝くお菓子を提供していくことを表現した「旬果瞬菓(しゅんかしゅんか)」をコンセプトにしています。旬のマスカットをひと粒ずつ求肥で手包みした「ひとつぶのマスカット」は、40年を超える歴史を持つロングセラー商品です。

本求人は、正社員の中途求人です。

仕事にお慣れ頂いたのちできるだけ早期に「店長」、その先は「マネージャー」として活躍頂ける方を募集します。

何らかの「販売」「接客」などの経験がある方、近い業界のご経験あのある方、特に店長や、マネージャーの経験がある方は優遇

・年数問わず販売経験、近い業務経験のある方は優遇します

・店長や管理職経験のある方、大歓迎

・学歴不問

・お菓子が好きな方歓迎

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり150時間 〜 195時間30分

※月ごとにシフトにて詳細は決定します

  • 年間変形労働時間制により、1日の所定労働時間は月により変動します。

例)繁忙期は8.5時間、閑散期は7.5時間、など

配属店舗の営業時間によって、始業時間と終業時間は変動します。

「10時頃に開店、20~21時ごろに閉店」の店舗が多いですが、店舗により早まったり遅くなることはあります。

休日休暇


年間:101日

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万2800円 〜 26万900円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・交通費全額支給(公共交通機関利用分)

給与例

  • 月の総支給額(基本給+固定残業代)

【265,000~340,000円】

(年収350~450万)

  • ご経験に応じて設定いたします

※「月給26.5万」の場合

基本給212800円+固定残業代52200円(34時間相当)

※「月給34万」の場合

基本給260900円+固定残業代79100円(42時間相当)

残業が設定時間を超えた場合には、超過分を追加で支払います。

  • 交通費

公共交通機関利用分は全額支給(上限なし)

マイカー通勤の場合は別途算定基準に基づいて支給します。

  • 住宅手当について

勤務・通勤に適するエリア内で、一人暮らしをする場合は住宅手当を支給

(上限2.5万円。「月額賃料の半額」が2.5万円を下回る場合は、その額を支給)

  • 家族手当あり

  • 年齢や年次に関わらずフラットな雰囲気のある社風ですまた「関東営業部」は前向きで臨機応変に動ける社員が多く、困った時は助け合って業務を進めていく風土が根付いています。
  • 店舗は、デパ地下など施設内に立地し、少なくて3~4人、多くても10人程度の規模です。
