仕事内容

  • 東京駅発着

都内をめぐる観光用オープントップバスに乗車し、

英語、日本語でお客様への乗降案内などを担当します。

オープントップバスのトップ階(屋外)に乗車する屋外業務です。

立っての仕事がありますため、足腰がしっかりしている方にオススメの案件です。

<仕事概要>

都内の観光地を回りながら、

チケット販売やお客様のサポート、

乗降場所のアナウンス、

安全確認などを行います。

車掌のようなイメージです。

屋外業務で、車内で立つことも多い仕事です。

観光ガイドのような案内は行いません。

具体的には…

・チケット販売業務

クレジットカード対応や現金の預かりあり

・バス停到着時のアナウンス

・ドライバーの補助

・バス下車時の誘導

・車内美化(ごみの回収)

などなど...

外国人観光客のご乗車が多いため、

スムースな日常会話ができる方が対象です。

  • PCスキルは不要

お客様以外にも関係するスタッフさんや、ドライバーさんとのコミュニケーションもあります。

強調性がありコミュニケーション力のある方に向いている案件です。

・週4以上でがっつり働ける方OK優先採用

※週2日以下の勤務をご希望の方は対象外となります。

・PCスキル一切不要

・日常会話レベルのコミュニケーションを英語でできる方

・日本語力はビジネスレベル以上で、日本での就労経験がある方(アルバイト含む)
