仕事内容:

■業務概要

大手通信業界のオンラインショップに関する、サイト運用・更新業務をお任せします。

Webページの更新やテンプレート整備、業務フローの見直しなど、

サイトが正しく・効率よく動くための"土台づくり"を担うポジションです。

「なぜ手間がかかっているのか?」「どこがボトルネックなのか?」を構造から捉え、

社内コンサルのような立ち位置で改善プロジェクトを進められるのが大きな魅力です。

改善が成功すると、運用負担の削減や更新スピードUPなど、現場全体に大きな効果が生まれます。

■具体的な業務

・Webページ更新

・WEBサイトテンプレ整備や標準化の推進

・業務フロー・運用ルール見直し

※開発業務はIT部門。あくまでWeb更新・運用設計担当

大規模サービスの運用に関わりながら、

Web更新の基礎から、業務改善・運用設計・プロジェクト推進まで幅広くスキルが身につきます。

未経験から入ったメンバーも多く、段階的に成長できる環境です

未経験でも成長意欲が高い方、歓迎です

すでに、REGAIN GROUPのプロジェクトで3名の社員が活躍中

働き方は週3出社・週2リモートOK。

求める人材:

■必須

・業務改善、プロジェクト推進の経験(社内、社外問わず)

■歓迎

・Sitecoreに触れたことがある

・Webサイト制作の経験がある

・HTML/CSS、Java、JavaScriptの素養がある(構造が理解できる)

勤務時間・曜日:

平日9時~18時

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制 土日祝休み

しっかり休めてプライベートの予定も立てやすく

仕事や家庭・趣味の両立もできます

勤務地:

浜松町駅(JR山手線・京浜東北線・東京モノレール)から徒歩4分
