当グループでは、「代理存在AI」という、特定の人の思考・行動・判断特性をAIとして再現する研究プロジェクトに取り組んでいます。
本プロジェクトは、単なる業務効率化ではなく、 人間理解を起点 に、働き方や社会の在り方そのものを変革することを目的としています。
生成AIの進化を背景に、このケイパビリティをさらに発展させ、社会実装を見据えた研究へと進化させるフェーズに入りました。
そこで今回、研究を自律的にリードできる研究開発人材を新たに募集します。
【業務内容
】研究開発をリードしていくために以下の業務を担っていただきます
。人間理解・代理存在AIに関する研究テーマの設計・立
案方法論の調査・整理、仮説構築、実験設計・検証・評
価生成AIを活用したプロトタイプ・シミュレーションの研究開
発共同研究の企画・推進、研究活動のリー
ド学会発表、論文執筆などの学術的アウトプッ
ト研究テーマ全体のマネジメント・方向性策
定「手を動かす研究」だけでなく、「研究を構想し、世に問う」役割まで担えるポジションです
。※基礎研究から応用・社会実装まで一貫して関われる点が特徴です
