【仕事の概要】

楽天市場等の自社店舗において、単なるページ更新にとどまらず、

「何が売れるか」の戦略立案から新商品の企画まで幅広くお任せします。

【具体的な業務】

・戦略的なECサイト運営・管理

  • 楽天市場等での商品ページ作成、キーワード対策(SEO)、広告運用。

アクセス解析ツールを用いた数値分析と、それに基づく改善策の実行。

・ヒットを生む商品企画・マーケティング

  • SNS等でのトレンド調査に基づき「次に売れるアイテム」を提案。

実際に、社員の提案から「樹脂イヤリング」が誕生し、主力商品へと成長した実績があります。

アクセサリーに限らず、あなたの知見を活かした雑貨等の新規導入も大歓迎です。

・円滑な店舗運営(バックオフィス連携)

受注内容の確認と、出荷チームへの確実な引き継ぎ。

お客様からの問い合わせ対応(商品仕様や配送確認など)。

求めている人材


【必須要件】

・ECサイトの運営実務経験(目安2年以上)

  • 楽天市場等での店舗運営・管理経験

・基本的なPCスキル

  • Excel(VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等の基本操作)、Wordの活用

・数値に基づいた改善提案ができる方

  • 売上データやアクセス解析の結果をもとに、主体的に行動できる方

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

・クリエイティブスキル

  • Photoshop、Illustratorを用いたバナー制作や商品画像加工

・広告運用・マーケティング経験

  • 楽天市場等の広告運用、SNSを活用した集客経験

・他業界での店舗・売上管理経験

  • アクセサリー業界未経験でも、戦略的に売上拡大へ取り組んだ経験は即戦力として評価します
