【仕事内容】

採用戦略の立案から提案、制作・運用の社内連携、掲載開始までの進行、効果検証と改善提案まで、企業様の採用活動を一貫してサポート。

「売って終わり」ではなく、応募状況や採用結果をお客様と一緒に振り返り、改善を積み重ねるスタイルだからこそ、感謝される場面も多く、やりがいを実感しやすい仕事です。

・企業様へのヒアリング(Webまたは訪問)

・採用戦略立案&Webマーケティング提案

・社内への広告制作依頼、運用依頼

・広告掲載開始までの対応

・効果検証・アフターフォロー など

HP制作やSNS運用を組み合わせたり、BEGOODでの取材・記事を活用して企業の魅力を伝わる形に整えたりと、採用成功に向けた打ち手を幅広く提案できます。

給与


月給 253,800円 ~ 600,000円 (※想定年収 3,000,000円 ~ 9,000,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 48,240円 以上

みなし残業時間 30時間
