■契約法務業務
国内外の得意先,協力会社,サプライヤーとの和文・英文によるEPC契約,工事請負契約,下請負契約,秘密保持契約,業務委託契約等の企業活動に関わる諸契約の条件を審査・交渉する業務 ※和文:英文=7:3
■新規事業に関するM&A契約,アライアンス契約の審査・交渉,アドミニストレーション対応等による事業部支援業務
■その他庶務業務
【エンジニアリング事業本部について】
本事業本部は、エネルギー分野、環境分野、プラント分野、情報分野の4つの事業部とスタッフ部署で構成されています。本事業本部も属する非建設事業の収益基盤を早期に確立するという全社の中期経営計画のもと、洋上風力案件のEPC事業の拡大、汚染土壌浄化技術による国内外の環境浄化エンジニアリング、高効率化・自動化対応の鋼度生産技術のターンキー受注、先端デジタル技術を用いたICTシステム受注等、成長分野と位置付けられている事業領域を担う部門です。また、異業種・ベンチャー企業とのM&Aやアライアンス等も積極推進しています。
