仕事内容


団体旅行商品を作るチームを支える、手配・事務サポートのお仕事です

  • 具体的には? -

  • 商品企画サポート(資料作成・見積補助など)

  • 宿泊・バス・食事・観光施設などの手配業務
  • 電話対応・社内外の連絡調整

  • 簡単なPC入力業務などのバックオフィス全般

  • 身に付く経験 & スキル -

  • 旅行業界の基礎知識

  • 手配・調整力
  • 正確な事務処理スキル

  • 旅行業界経験者
  • 週4日以上、1日あたり6時間以上の勤務可能な方
  • Word、Excel、メール等、日常業務でパソコンを使った経験のある方

  • 総合旅行業務取扱管理者有資格者 歓迎
