事業について

eラーニングでの保育士等キャリアアップ研修の提供や、育児担当保育を実践する保育所の運営、保育所開設・運営コンサルティングを行っており、

保育業界を中心に事業を展開しております。

但し、弊社は世の中やお客様に求められるサービスを提供していくことを軸にしており、保育事業にとどまらず、時代や状況に応じて世の中に求められるサービスを広く展開していくことを目指しています。

このインターンですること

インターン生の方には、スタートアップ企業である株式会社Risa torieの

「プランナー」として企画・運営・営業の業務を行っていただきます

・プランナー業務

・システム運用におけるお客様サポート

・ICTを利用したeラーニング教材の企画・進行管理

・システム開発の企画・進行管理

・広報サイトの運営 等

【プランナーとは?】

「プランナー」とは言葉の通り、お客様に対して企画・提案をする仕事です。

具体的にいうと、

・お客様がやりたいことを実現するための企画提案

・自社プロダクト、事業を発展させるための商品企画です。

プランナーの仕事には、決まったパターンや正解はありません。

しかし、世の中のニーズを汲み取って、事業を発展させたい、

という気持ちがある方、より大きな価値を生み出すものづくりをしたいと

考えている方にとっては、非常に面白い仕事です。
